It's reported that Benxi Steel announced its price policy for December.
The firm decided to raise the list prices for hot rolled steel plates/coils by RMB150/ton, to increase the prices for cold rolled steel plates/coils and galvanized steel plates by RMB50/ton respectively and to hike the prices for silicon steel by RMB70/ton.
After the adjustment, the firm's list prices for Q235 hot rolled steel plates/coils with thickness of 5.5mm are at RMB3,390/ton; that of DC01 cold rolled steel plates/coils with thickness of 1.0mm is at RMB4,150/ton.
Meanwhile, the prices for St01Z galvanized steel plates with thickness of 1.0mm are at RMB4,600/ton.
The above prices exclude taxes and have become effective from November 20th, 2012.
